He has achieved small success as a Navigator.

Description: With yellow face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she wears dull brown sweaters, loose grey pants, and alligator leather shoes. Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: Pelt was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Pelt grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Pelt. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
