History: The child of a Marshal, who enjoyed hunting, Varis was taken on many hunting expeditions. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When Gunnloda reached her early adolescence her Dwarf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She now mingles about in high society.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. Zepar enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the west were limited. He became a Navigator soon after.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Tiaathque was born with her father's beautiful face. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
