History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Purah alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it

A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Melech was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
