Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Gubrash's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Mercenary but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gubrash fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Kithri was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
