History: Geoffrey was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: Birel was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and balancing her hectic life and new layabout responsibilities is difficult
