Because they were valued, her father taught her to defend herself. When her father died while fighting goblins, the young Pearl began to lead the lost caravan. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sickle.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
