Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Veloptima grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Veloptima. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Theriatis grew up listening to his father's many stories. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
