History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Paelias was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: This man stands a little under 6'0" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears brown trousers with pastel and brown striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. He wears his brown fur down. His eyes are amber and catlike.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tiefling companion (his 'brother'). He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. John was born on a far eastern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Glassblower. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Expand her business; and balancing her hectic life and new roofer responsibilities is difficult
