History: Calcitro hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. He has taken up work as a Hunter and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. Purah abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. After a long history of fighting, Dreali and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: Heather hails from a village terrorized by orcs. She married young, but lost her spouse to orcs. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by orcs. Heather was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the orcs.

Motivation: Many orcs want her driven away.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it
