Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Lia grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Lia. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Mortician responsibilities is difficult; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Naeris alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Naeris was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and a deep hatred of dire rats

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Description: This western man is abnormally tall. He wears tattered old clothes. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He is baby faced.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear
