Personality: Balifra is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Locksmith for the past few years.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Ella was born on a far southern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Assassin. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Heian hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Heian alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Heian was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.
