History: He got into the Sage business at a young age. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Pikar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Pikar. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
