Personality: He is happy with his job as a Scribe. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Junk Dealer profession.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, River was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Scribe. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Scribe for the past few years.

History: Glim was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. He keeps his silver crest in a pixie cut. His eyes are red and catlike.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Butcher arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Description: This late middle aged man wears green robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a falchion, but if one is not available he will default to his axe and is in decent physical shape. His white hair has been sun bleached extensively. He has gleaming, smiling gold eyes.

Personality: He is mildly Tiefling supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and tiefling compassion
