History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Navigator arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A gifted student she started as a Laborer, but she got bored and became a Navigator. She now owns her own business.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Through the years after Dariff was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Dariff's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and her religion dominates her actions
