She was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying north to reunite her family. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Dentratha was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the brigands.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
