History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Hubert was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born in a small plains village. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He tends to his Slave Trader job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Motivation: She wants to get laid.
