Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

History: Phelaia was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory.
