History: Born to a Hunter, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Astar has worked very hard to control his curse. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.
