History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Bather arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Description: This late middle aged woman wears suspenders and tan workpants. Her shirt is green, and she wears a heavy tan leather apron most of the time and is in decent physical shape. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her eyes are likewise gray.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Gnomes.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Unemployed. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Unemployed for the past few years.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and she loathes her own lifestyle

Description: A moderately attractive woman, she is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright blue and grey, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Her red hair is thinning but still full. Her blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She is an amazing painter.

History: She was born at the edge of vast island. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. Chay enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born in the north. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Chay's homeland. Chay decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He became a Fisher soon after.

Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He prefers to wear flannel. He wears his red hair down. His eyes are brown and beady.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: The child of a Knight, who enjoyed hunting, Himo was taken on many hunting expeditions. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and to reunite with his absent mother
