Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Ruler arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. After coming to the age of reason, Diesa took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland.
