Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'1" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He has hazel eyes and a tan hat with a grey feather.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. A friendly and beautiful Elf, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: He prefers to wear white clothing when he does not wear armor. He is portly but not overly obese. He is bald on top and has large white tufts of hair around his ears. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Servant for the past few years.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He carries a battered rapier and tarnished pickaxe as well. He has a very tight haircut. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Drogo was born with his father's beautiful face. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: This late middle aged man wears bulky green painted plate armor and is in decent physical shape. His gold crest is lengthy. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Kiirith was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: Vani was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Tailor and was forced into it by her family; and wants to raise her children well
