History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Vepar was born on a far northern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Sculptor. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. A friendly and beautiful Tiefling, she is rarely seen without a few beauties around her arms. Though a playboy in all rights, she is no lame duck.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tiefling conditions. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.
