Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. The war was a terrible time for her, and Ilga does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Ilga was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She now mingles about in high society.

History: Gifted from a young age, Umpen studied abroad. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born into a rich family. Hugh was born on a far western forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Weaver. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

History: She was raised in a plains tribe. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
