History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. She has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Tippletoe is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. In her 18th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
