Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His hair is purple, silky, and of moderate length. His silver eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Oriax grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Oriax. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

History: Born to a Miller, her father struggled to pay the bills. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Andraste was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. A freak accident while working with his Spice Merchant mother left him crippled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.
