Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: Gifted from a young age, Carlin studied abroad. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her painting with anyone who is interested.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
