Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a body guard and was forced into it by his family

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Orcs in Shautha's homeland. Shautha decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shautha fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
