Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Halfling companion (her 'brother'). She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero.

Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Maiathah's homeland. Maiathah decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

History: She was raised in a forest tribe. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Claira alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. After a long history of fighting, Claira and her spouse have recently divorced.
