Description: A middle-aged woman, she does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it, and is pretty ugly. Her black hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. She wears an eyepatch.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Vadania was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: She is mildly Tiefling supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she has a large grey mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her green robe. Her hair is silver and curly. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady green eyes.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Susannah was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Susannah decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: This woman loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: She was raised in a island tribe. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Furrele fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is a great chef.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
