Personality: She is fixated on the number 83. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. While she appears to be a normal Gnome, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to get a good night's sleep

History: Gifted from a young age, Ruloth studied abroad. Her arcane abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
