Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of her physical features obscured. She wears her hair in dreadlocks. Her violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 11 years.

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears a tattered pair of loose yellow pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. He sports a flattop hair cut. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She worked as a nervous Weaver and found it very stressful. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her black hair is greasy and uncared for. Her blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Callie fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Makaria was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A gifted student she started as a Bather, but she got bored and became a Navigator. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
