Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Ilanis embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
