Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. His childhood dream was to be a Sage, but he was a colossal failure. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Barrister for hire.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and to be a sage again

Description: This dark-skinned female is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. She is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. Sporting a silver mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. She has amber eyes.

Personality: She hates dire rats. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Bounty Hunter business.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Sarai alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He keeps his gold crest in a pixie cut. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Butcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shamash fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
