His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Art grew up listening to his father's many stories. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: Stacee was born with her father's beautiful face. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town.
