Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears skinny pants and wears a black and brown robe with the hood down. His crest, while still mostly rusty, has prominent grey streaks. His red eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: She wears a robe, a symbol of death around her neck, and a morningstar on her belt. She carries with her a set of morningstars on her belt, each one with a ruby on the hilt. She has a very tight haircut. Her half smiles and blue eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. In her 14th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Merla fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her quarterstaff, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a butterfly on it. She wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide her balding. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She found a children's book about a Half-Elf Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 8 years.

Description: An older man who wears a simple brown robe with yellow stripes complete with hood, he is not a threatening figure. He sports a flattop fur cut. His amber eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Mortician. He works hard and plays hard.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Expand his business; and his religion dominates his actions
