She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Shanairla was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Priest mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She became a Sage soon after.
