History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Windy was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Windy's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Conrad grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Conrad. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: Tiaathque is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and she feels kind of lost in life

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Charles grew up listening to his mother's many stories. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
