History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Kelter has worked very hard to control his curse. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: She was born into a rich family. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature trident.

History: Burto hails from a village terrorized by illithids. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it
