History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Dagnal and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs
