Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Through the years after Vezera was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Vezera's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 4'7" when asserting herself. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. Her skin is flawless and her blue eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. A gifted student she started as a Sage, but she got bored and became a Spice Merchant. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Description: A stocky lighter skinned woman, she wears bulky blue painted plate armor. Her blonde hair is long and unkept. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her parents were killed by orcs in a raid when she was still a young child. The orcs captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Revenge; and her religion dominates her actions

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the south; and wants to work out more often

Description: This woman stands a little under 4'0" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around her neck, and a lance on her belt. She wears her brown hair down. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Dwarves in Mardred's homeland. Mardred decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mardred fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
