Jacoba was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the orcs.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Nim has worked very hard to control his curse. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to get a good night's sleep

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he has money and likes to spend it

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
