His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Nija was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She struck the Dilettante job and began her own company from there.

Description: She is a husky woman, who is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. Her brown hair is singed and shortened. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Birel was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Birel took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up longsword and armor she uses now. She bought a longsword and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
