History: He was born in a small forest village. Skak liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Skak fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: He is a pot bellied eastern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He is typically in his Painter uniform. His long dark red hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Painter born in the past three hundred years. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Forcas hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He struck the Painter job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and he wants revenge against gnolls

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears a worn and beaten armor. Her golden hair is thinning but still full. Her eyes are likewise amber. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents were killed by illithids in a raid when she was still a young child. The illithids captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He comes from a rich western family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: He is greedy; and to reunite with his old friends
