Description: This northern man has a large grey mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his black robe. His clothes are grease stained in places. He has a long chestnut beard with little hanging trinkets. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Bernard took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up greatsword and armor he uses now. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When Serpent reached her early adolescence her Tabaxi father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Fallond embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. The war was a terrible time for him, and Fallond does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Fallond was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Melissa was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Merla lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Stableman they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Masseuse, and she later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers; and regain custody of her son
