History: Born to a Animal Trainer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, orcs burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying north to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Smoking grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Smoking. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature trident.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is her passion.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
