History: Born to a Baker, her father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Fletcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and wants to work out more often

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Glassblower responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job

He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.
