History: The child of a Painter, who enjoyed hunting, Modean was taken on many hunting expeditions. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Modean took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up pickaxe and armor he uses now. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Description: The dark-skinned woman stands 5'4" and wears grey leather gloves, a grey jacket, and tight pants. She is bald on top and has large red tufts of hair around her ears. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is mildly Human supremacist, though she does not identify as such. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and to find somewhere to settle down

Voice: Speaks fast with a slight lisp

Description: She is in excellent shape and wears dull yellow sweaters, loose white pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed falchion, just in case. Her white hair is heavily combed to the left. Her eyes are gray and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it.

Description: She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her ceremonial dagger, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a rose on it. She sports a flattop fur cut. Her half smiles and copper eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: Ethereal is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her childhood dream was to be a Unemployed, but she was a colossal failure. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: This woman wears just a yellow suit. She is muscular with a powerful set of arms. Her golden hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Bather born in the past three hundred years. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Her childhood dream was to be a Cartwright, but she was a colossal failure. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bather.

Motivation: Further expansion of business.
