History: Barbena was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered singing. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Pogranix was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Pogranix decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Gardener arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His childhood dream was to be a Beggar, but he was a colossal failure. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
