History: Avice lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She feeds upon the attention of others.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
