History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She worked as a nervous Brewer and found it very stressful. She has never given up on her music dream.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Keyleth lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She now owns her own business.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Pelt was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
